Alexis and Reona must have at least 20 
. Completed Reona's Sex Shop Loyalist, and Alexis's Dinner with Alexis (avoidable NTR).
Go on a date with Alexis while Reona is there to trigger the first harem event.
Confronting Reona
Reona has 50 >= . Talk to Reona.
The Devil Wears Prada
Drop by 2nd Floor of Mall when Reona is present and at least one day has passed since confronting her. You'll have an option to follow, you want to. But it's also going to cost you $600 or you'll have some upset girls on your hands.
