When Bree is the main character, Mike is an available option for dating. This article covers only Mike as a romance option.
Mike is Bree’s roommate, and along with Sasha is one of her primary romance options.
After a date, Mike can fuck Bree in the missionary position.

Bree reads a book in her room until a loud sound from outside interrupts her. and she decides to check on what happened.

Guitar in the Park

To increase Mikes to 55 you have to meet Angela.
Outcome: Mike max set to 55.
First date
Prerequisites: Mike >= 40, kitchen 07:00 - 11:00, Mike is in the kitchen
Mike and Bree have breakfast together and after that they head out for their date at the park.
Wedding invitation
Prerequisites: Mike >= 50
Mike tries to invite Bree to Samantha's and Ryan's wedding ceremony.
If Bree refuses she will not go to the wedding with him (obviously).
