This girl is hogging the arcade game Bree wants to practice on during the Gamer Bree arc. Later, Kat appears in the same arc as a gaming tournament player named Thyra.
I had already completed all the events for Kat when I got the wild hair to update the wiki. These are markers for the events shown in the tracker for Kat as of ver. 24.3.0c
