Talk to Lexi using conversation about Reona.

Sexy date

(whore_harem_event_04)

Prerequisite: Reona >= 60 and >= 50 and given the sexy dress; Lexi >= 60 and given the sexy dress (so >= 50); whore_harem_event_03 must be done; Pub, Date Reona when Lexi is in the pub

If everything is done, you have a sexy date with both of them.
