Step 1:
First you need to see Blanche at the church. To be able to continue with her, you need to have at least 5 in knowledge and ask her "What did you pray for".
Step 2:

For this final step you need to have at least 25 in knowledge and go to the castle.
If you have less than 22, you will die pierced by arrows.
If you have less than 25, you will die emprisoned
