Possible Harems

The following Harems are available, but they are exclusive, meaning you can only have one per playthrough. So multiple play throughs will be required to experience all. To form a Harem you need the follow: Love above or equal to 75 for each. Sub above or equal to 75 for each Girl attraction above or equal to 25 but 75 or under.

Once these conditions are met you need to find all the girls at the same location to start a harem. (if you are going for the 3 lady harem they all 3 need to be in one place, else you'll start to 2 lady harem.)

Sean can go to the alley, in additional to buying drugs for himself he can also buy then for resale.

They can also be sold in the following locations: park, alley, street and university.
These need to be opened so it create 5 items for resale.
Each sale takes an hour to complete. Like work it consumes energy, but at present there doesnt seem to be a min requirement

I stand under correction here, still on my first play through but seem if you only have 1 items to sell left it triggers an event that the police arrive. So always keep the last one and don't try sell it.

To unlock anal with Audrey you need to meet and talk to her in the forest. I found her there 3pm to 5pm on a Saturday, also might need to be warmer days. It was Spring for me but expect Summer would work too. Not sure about Fall or Winter.
