Unlike the other romance characters, you need to get the three benedictions from Titania to make progress in this story.
Benedictions: You receive the benediction of Titania corresponding to the skill you gain at the place you go 5 times a row. A benediction doubles the gain of points in the skills corresponding to the benediction you've acquired. Each times Titania gives you one, you will also receive 3 points for the two other skills. If you have all 3 benedictions Titania will just give you 3 points in each stats
Titania Prowess Benediction:
You need to go 5 times in a row to the training ground and go to the forest after. Titania will give you the Prowess Benediction.
Titania Knowledge Benediction:
You need to go 5 times in a row to the library and go to the forest after. Titania will give you the Knowledge Benediction.
Titania Charm Benediction:
You need to go 5 times in a row to the town and go to the forest after. Titania will give you the Charm Benediction.
Final Step:
When you get the three benedictions, you need to go 5 times in a row to the forest. Once in front of her, say "I cannot leave".
(You can now marry Titania) - Go to the forest on the 30th day.
Contrary to the other characters where you can choose at the end of 30th which one you want to marry, you have to trigger Titania's wedding by yourself.
